Partial Refunds

In cases where you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the service or content delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price. If, after receiving the completed work and all three free revisions, you find the content's quality to be below acceptable standards, you can contact us for a partial refund. Any issues regarding the quality of the content must be confirmed by Amazon Publishing Work before the refund is processed. We will assess the content based on the guidelines outlined in your purchase agreement.

Refunds After Revisions

After the content is delivered and revisions have been made, you are still eligible for a partial refund (50%) if you are not satisfied with the final product. This applies even after all three revisions have been completed. We will thoroughly review the content to ensure that it meets the original requirements, and if it does not, you will receive a refund.

Case Evaluation for Full Refunds

If you have fully followed the revision process and are still unhappy with the result, you can request a full refund. In this case, your complaint will be sent to our evaluation committee. The committee will assess the content against the criteria provided in your original order. If the content is found to be subpar or deficient in any way, a full refund will be processed. Please note that this process may take some time as it involves a detailed evaluation of the work.

Free Revisions

After your order is delivered, you are entitled to three complimentary revisions. These revisions are provided at no additional cost, and we will make the changes according to your feedback. However, after the three revisions have been used, further revisions may incur additional fees.

Changing Your Mind

Non-Transferable Rights
